The Air France / KLM lounge is located behind gate D26 at Terminal 2 of Frankfurt Airport (FRA) and thus rather at the end of the terminal. During my recent visits, it has been the only lounge operating in the Schengen area of Terminal 2. However, there is an adjacent lounge, the Premium Traveller Lounge.

As the Schengen and non-Schengen areas are completely separated, even with different boarding pass controls and security controls, it is not possible to enter the lounge.

Note this lounge is also a Priority Pass lounge, but was not crowded at all around 6:30 P.M. Hours of operation are from 5:45 A.M. to 8:15 P.M. every day. Note that Priority Pass members are not permitted access between 4:30 P.M. and 6:30 P.M. This lounge felt like a hospital lobby from the 1980's.
